Effect of Covid-19 in Indonesia

   Covid-19 is a contagious disease. This disease causes sufferers to experience fever, dry cough, and difficulty breathing. On Wednesday, March 11, 2020 the WHO declared that Covid-19 is a pandemic because the virus had spread to 114 countries. This virus spreads from person to person, such as when touching each other and through respiratory droplets produced when an infected person coughs or sneezes. In Indonesia, the first positive patient infected was on March 2, 2020. The government stated 2 positive patients were infected with co-19 because these patients were in contact with foreigners who were positive co-19. So what are the effects of covid-19 in Indonesia, the following is an exposure to the effects of covid-19 in Indonesia.

   Lots of effects from covid-19. In the social field, the government made a policy for self-isolation for 2 weeks making the lack of socialization with others. In addition, each person is required to keep a distance from each other, at least 1-2 meters. Not only in the social field, the spread of the covid-19 virus has an effect on religious activities. The government forbids holding lectures or grand tabli, even Friday prayers the government recommends replacing them with midday prayers at home. Covid-19 has a variety of negative effects in this field.

   The impact of covid 19 on the economy is very visible, because income and expenditure are very unstable. Especially what is felt by entrepreneurs who have not yet followed technology. Factory workers also experienced disappointment because large factory factories in Indonesia were restricted from entering the factory, resulting in quite a number of layoffs. There are also many factories that stop production so that suppliers feel disadvantaged, because the materials sent to the factory are no longer received. The perceived impact on the economy is that there will be a crisis of food and food staple because the Indonesian people do punic buying, so the government also restricts purchases to equalize the needs of the community. The adverse effects of the economy can also be seen by the Economist Institute for Development of Economics and Finance (Indef) Bhima Yudhistira Adhinegara that Indonesia's economic growth has slowed to a sharp level, which is estimated to be only 4.5 - 4.8% in 2020.

   Covid-19 does not only have an effect on the social, religious and economic fields. But this virus also has an effect on education. The increasing cases of covid-19 transmission have led some local governments to take steps to eliminate the teaching-learning process in schools. Not a holiday, but replacing the teaching-learning process by learning at home and learning online. This policy does not have a positive effect, especially for children at the elementary school level. Instead of studying at home, dozens of children in Banjar filled the internet cafe to play games. In addition to eliminating the process of teaching and learning at school, the spread of covid-19 also made the place of courses, tutoring and libraries closed to prevent transmission of the virus. Those are some of the effects of co-19 in the field of education.

   Covid-19 is not a trivial disease. There are so many effects caused by this virus as has been described. Covid-19 is a very contagious disease outbreak. Transmission can occur through touch. To avoid the spread of covid 19 we think we have to maintain our immune system very much, drink enough water or mineral water, fruits and vegetables as well as healthy and sufficient protein, so that the corona virus does not attack us. According to health experts who will cure us of the virus are ourselves and our own immunity. Because the spread of the corona virus is very broad, listen to government orders, be a loyal citizen and remain cautious. Avoid or minimize activities outside the home and avoid public areas that are crowded with people.
